Morning Star: Astrology for the week of May 21 to May 27, 2018

Monday, May 21, 2018 Today the Moon is Void in Leo for just about the entire day. She doesn't make an entrance into the sign of Virgo until 10:03 PM EDT. The Sun has just moved into the sign of Gemini. Our first aspect is a trine from the Moon to Uranus in Taurus followed rather swiftly by the formation of our First Quarter Moon. Under a long Void Moon it is not indicated to try to begin something new. Astrologers give lots of reasons for this but what I've found is that folks have a tendency to be emotionally/creatively disengaged under a Void Moon. That spark of creative oomph just isn't really firing off. What it is great for is resting, physical/mental detoxing, putting finishing touches on exiting projects or involving oneself in routine matters. Wednesday, January 17, 2018 Early this morning, the Moon passed into Aquarius. She is still Saturn ruled by traditional theory. The path of which will have Mars involved in eclipses, harsh squares with Uranus and test us on our ability to employ the more positive energies of Aquarius. Today can serve as an introduction to those lessons. First by way of the Moon. Then, by way of Venus as she enters the sign at 8:44 PM EST. Another hint toward this practicing this en...

Introduction There is a lot going on during the end of our week. First, we have the New Moon in Gemini dawning tomorrow. But, under the surface of that, we have the ongoing inconjunct from Jupiter and Neptune which (in my opinion) is being largely overlooked. However, that inconjunct becomes a bit more important over the next few days as a Yod will be created first by the Moon in Taurus and then again by Mercury in Taurus. Jupiter, of course, is stationing to turn direct. Therefore, his movements are very slow right now and his energy is greatly accentuated. In the sign of Libra, this calls forth the need to be fair and judicial when weighing out information ensure that you are assessing facts and not just rumor, emotional nuance or hearsay. It also leaves room in the courtroom for everyone to be heard before a final decision is ever made. With the inconjunct to Neptune, there are many possibilities. One that information drips with sentiment in an effort to be persuasive or manipulati...
